What is the Paintball Israel League?

The League is a series of paintball tournaments held on a regular basis in the Paintball Israel center in Beit Berl (near Kfar Saba) and open only to the Paintball Israel Club members.

The tournaments are held on Saturdays over a period of 9 months, following which a final game is held among those teams that have scored maximum points. Apart from the League tournaments, open competitions are held, in which players other than the Paintball Israel Club members can participate.

 

Who participates in tournaments?

To participate in a tournament, a team should register for the tournament in advance. The team should submit its registration application and pay the team entry fee no later than Tuesday preceding the tournament.

 

Tournament format

Teams consist of three on-field players and two reserve players. (Coming soon: 5*5 tournaments). The tournament ground is equipped with a system of professional inflatable barricades meeting international tournament requirements.

 

How do teams compete?

Each team shall play against each of the 5 rival teams.

Each team shall play against the opposing team for two five-minute rounds. At the end of the game the score of each team shall be determined in accordance with the following scoring system (also see the League Rules - Hebrew).

The points scored by the team are added up for the entire period of the tournament.

Participation requirements

• Each player must hold a valid fighter card of the Paintball Israel Club. Membership in the Club is NIS 130 a year.
• The team should submit its registration application and pay the team entry fee no later than Tuesday preceding the tournament. The team entry fee is NIS 100 for the 3*3 tournament and NIS 150 for the 5*5 tournament. Payment may be made in cash or by credit card. Entry fee is payable no later than Tuesday preceding the tournament.

Equipment

Each player may bring his own gear to the tournament subject to the Rules.

If needed, any gear may be rented on site at the following prices:
(A Club member is entitled to rent a complete kit of gear for NIS 20 only!)

• protective mask – NIS 5
• gloves – NIS 10
• overalls – NIS 10
• groin protector – NIS 5
• marker (weapon) – NIS 15
• gas filling for private weapons: NIS 0.5/oz according to the gas tank/bottle size
• Tournament paintballs: NIS 0.2/ball
• Please note! Using private or non-standard ammunition is strictly forbidden (See the League Rules - Hebrew).

Registration for the Paintball Israel League

In order to apply for participation in the League tournaments, you need to get organized into a team of three on-field players (and an unlimited number of reserve players) and send your details to Mark by filling out the Contact Form.

Please indicate your players’ ages, whether you are members of the Paintball Israel Club and whether you participated in the past in the League tournaments.
