Tactic-ball®

What is tactic-ball, its objective and weapons? What do we need to play it?
Tactic-ball uses unique equipment originally imported by Paintball Israel for training of special military units. The weapons are exact replicas of real-life weapons (including magazine replacement, automatic fire, and weight and operation identical to those of a real-life weapon).

Fire is carried out by way of special ammunition that does not use paint; Paintball Israel has developed a unique patent-protected Tactic-Ball system of marking tactic-ball hits. The objective of the game is to carry out the tasks assigned to the team, similarly to a game of paintball.
Where can we play tactic-ball?
Tactic-ball games are held in new anti-terror combat training ground constructed in our central branch in Beit Berl (Kfar Saba). The ground is used for security forces personnel training.

Also, reservations can be made for tactic-ball game to be conducted outside our branches and in particular on IDF training grounds.
What is the price for a game of tactic-ball?
Entry fee is the same as for a game of paintball, but you get a double amount of bullets.
How many players do we need for a game?
To reserve a game you need at least 10 players. Sometimes you can join another team. The maximum recommended number of players is 50.
What age can one start playing?
Face-to-face/bilateral fighting is permitting starting with the age of 13, but we also offer special activity for kids aged 6 to 12.
How long is the game and how is it played?
The game lasts about two hours (including instruction, getting equipped and returning the equipment). Net playing time in the field varies from team to team and depends on the players’ conduct during the instruction and in the course of the game, the amount of paintballs and on other factors. An average net playing time is between 50 to 90 minutes. The game is divided into rounds. Each round is between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the assigned task.

The teams take up positions at the opposite sides of the field and the game is conducted according to the scenario chosen for the particular round. A player hit – shot out – by a paintball goes to the casualties room and at the end of the round "comes back to life" for the next round.
Is it better to play during the day or at night?
This is entirely up to you. The field is well-lit, so that there is no problem playing after dark.
How do I reserve a game?
Reservations are made by phone. It is recommended to reserve a few days in advance, to make sure the field is available.
What do we do if we do not have ten players?
Contact us and we will endeavor to join you to an existing team. Note it is not always possible to join other teams. It is always best to put together your own team (though it does not necessarily mean you will be by yourselves in the field). Usually, a team of ten players plays against a similar-sized and -aged team.
Can we get the field reserved for just our team?
To do this you need to have a group of at least 20 participants and to provide a credit card number to secure your reservation.
Do we get a different price because we come as a team?
Sorry to say it – no. Paintball is a team sport and we only work with teams, not individuals. Therefore, the prices are quoted for each person on a team. However, we do offer special deals, and members of the Club enjoy more special offers – you are welcome to join.
How many paintballs do we need for a game?
Each player uses a different amount of paintballs. Some fighters use 50 paintballs, with care, while for some others 3000 is not enough. Typically, 60 paintballs do not suffice for a full multi-scenario game, and an average player uses from 75 to 150 balls per game.
